The E-Flex gas cylinder holder for van 1 cylinder is designed for the safe and controlled securing of a gas cylinder or a similar container inside a van. The holder measures 20 cm in height and 36 cm in width. Its strong steel structure combined with a heavy duty ratchet strap keeps the cylinder firmly in place even in demanding driving conditions.
The product was updated in December 2025. As part of this update, the holder was equipped with a ratchet strap specifically manufactured for this application. The ratchet mechanism allows very tight and reliable fastening, significantly improving safety especially during sudden braking, sharp maneuvers, and driving on uneven roads.
This gas cylinder holder is well suited for example for LPG cylinders and large gas cylinders. When transporting a tall and heavy gas cylinder, the use of two holders stacked vertically is recommended. This allows the movement of the cylinder to be controlled from multiple fastening points and further increases overall safety.
During installation, it is important to position the gas cylinder holder at the rear end of the shelving unit or directly against the vehicle bulkhead. This ensures that in the event of sudden braking or a rear end collision, the movement of the gas cylinder is directed against a solid structure rather than relying solely on the strap. This installation method significantly improves safety in real world driving situations.
