Citroën Jumpy middle long (M) Shelving – Tips for Optimal Van Racking
The Jumpy is a mid-sized, versatile van with a cargo space that allows for a variety of professional shelving configurations.
One distinctive feature of the Jumpy is the raised floor section behind the rear wheel arch. Because of this, we have designed a custom shelving system specifically for the Jumpy. The shelving and drawer units in this collection feature a narrow lower cabinet to allow installation as close to the sidewall as possible, minimizing unused space.
The Jumpy has a loading hatch in the partition wall. If a shelving unit is installed against the partition, this hatch may no longer be accessible.
We recommend selecting shelving units that are easily accessible from the cargo area doors. Crawling into a low cargo area can be uncomfortable.
Utilize the ends of shelves and the walls near the doors, which can be accessed without entering the van. These are excellent locations for accessories, such as hangers and hose/cable holders.
Long drawer units installed on the floor are a great alternative to wall-mounted shelves. These long drawers can also be stacked on top of each other.
If you have valuable tools in the cargo area and windows in the doors, we recommend installing window guards.
