General

This website, vanshelves.com, is operated by Suomen Pakuhylly Oy (Business ID: FI23514442), based in Tuusula, Finland. We sell professional van shelving systems to business customers and private individuals across Europe.

All prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice. Orders placed via vanshelves.com are delivered only within Europe. For purchases within Finland, please visit our domestic webshop hyllytpakuun.fi.

Prices

Product prices on vanshelves.com are displayed in:

  • Euros (€) by default on the English-language site
  • Swedish kronor (SEK) on the Swedish-language site

Prices are shown excluding VAT by default.

At checkout:

  • VAT is automatically applied based on the country of delivery for private customers and for business customers without a valid EU VAT ID.
  • For EU-based business customers, intra-community supply (VAT 0%) is applied when a valid VAT number (VAT Code) is entered at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and adjust prices if necessary. All discounts and promotions will be clearly communicated.

Delivery Terms

Where do we ship to?

Delivery time

We usually ship products within one full business day of receiving the order. Orders placed before 13:00 (EET) are typically processed the same day. For orders placed later, processing occurs the next business day.

In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone.

Delivery methods

Freight:
We primarily deliver orders across Europe using DB Schenker, PostNord, or DHL freight and parcel services. When necessary, we may also use other logistics providers to ensure the best possible delivery times and service quality. Depending on the delivery schedule and destination, we always select the carrier that offers the smoothest and most efficient transport.

Shipments are delivered directly to the specified delivery address on business days, typically between 08:00 and 16:00.

Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, an export customs clearance fee is charged at checkout.

Import customs clearance, import duties, VAT, and any other local taxes or fees in the UK are the responsibility of the recipient.

A valid UK EORI number is required in order to process and dispatch the order.

Payment methods

We offer secure online payments through trusted providers:

Customers may also use Klarna’s flexible payment options where available, including:

Return & Cancellation Policy

All products come with a 14-day return right starting from the date of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be announced in advance via email to: info@vanshelves.com
  • We will cover the return shipping costs (as long as the return location is accessible by freight truck).
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund your payment in full.

Cancellation

Orders that are cancelled before dispatch may be subject to a handling fee of €10, unless the cancellation is due to a fault or delay on our part.

Complaints

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email info@vanshelves.com. We aim to resolve all complaints quickly by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

Privacy & Data Protection

We handle all customer data with care and confidentiality. Your personal data is only used for order processing and customer service purposes. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Finnish law. In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
