The van racking system is TÜV tested and engineered for professional use. Independent testing evaluates the structural strength of the system, its load capacity and its safety in vehicle use. These tests ensure that the racking system meets European product safety requirements and is suitable for demanding daily professional use. In practice, this provides a reliable and durable solution for organizing tools and materials while ensuring their safe transport in the cargo area of the van.

Van Racking Load Capacity

The load capacity of a single ball-bearing drawer is 40 kg. The load capacity of a single open shelf board is 70 kg, when the load is evenly distributed across the shelf board surface. The recommended total load capacity of a complete Van Racking unit is up to 300 kg.

Please note that the vehicle’s own payload capacity, axle weights, load securing and correct installation of the Van Racking unit must always be taken into account. Heavy items should be placed as low as possible to help maintain safe handling and driving stability.
