durable E-Flex open van shelving units are manufactured in Finland using modern machinery and 1.5 mm steel. The shelf edges are fully folded, and the vertical corners are reinforced with welding. The E-Flex shelving unit is exceptionally strong and durable, which is why we offer a 10-year warranty. The end panels have a depth of 22 cm, while the shelf levels are 36 cm deep. This allows the shelves to be installed at different depths, making it possible to adjust the shelving unit to match the curved interior wall of the van, watch the video.

The colour of the shelf levels and end panels is anthracite, while the colour of the long upper shelves is blue. The edge of the E-Flex shelf board is 65 mm high, ensuring that the box designed for the shelf fits securely, along with various toolboxes and accessories.

The length-adjustable upper shelf has a 105 mm high edge and a hinged flap at the rear end, making it ideal for transporting long items.

The square perforation pattern on the shelves and end panels follows the standard GWS hole spacing, allowing you to attach various GWS accessories to the shelving unit. Complete your van shelving system with E-Flex boxes and other accessories.

Load Capacity

The load capacity of a single shelf board is up to 120 kg, when the load is evenly distributed across the shelf board surface. The recommended total load capacity of a complete shelving unit is up to 300 kg. Please note that the vehicle’s own payload capacity, axle weights, load securing and correct installation of the shelving unit must always be taken into account. Heavy items should be placed as low as possible to help maintain safe handling and driving stability.
