Ford Transit Connect Shelving – Tips for Optimal Van Racking

The Ford Transit Connect is a smaller van, but with well-planned shelving solutions, you can make the most of its cargo space.
Choose shelving units that are easily accessible from the cargo area doorways. Crawling into a low cargo area can be uncomfortable.
Utilize the ends of shelves and the walls near the doors, which can be accessed without entering the van. These are excellent locations for accessories, such as hangers and hose/cable holders.
Long drawer units installed on the floor are a great alternative to wall-mounted shelves. These long drawers can also be stacked on top of each other.
If you have valuable tools in the cargo area and windows in the doors, we recommend installing window guards.
